We recommend using our body scrubs 2–3 times a week to exfoliate and refresh your skin. Follow up with our body cream daily (especially after showering) to lock in moisture and keep your skin hydrated and radiant.

No — all of our products are free from parabens, sulfates, and harsh chemicals. We focus on effective, skin-friendly ingredients that deliver hydration and glow without irritation.
